Brand governance for AI imagery

Your brand rules, built into every image.

Brand Asset is a brand governance and AI image generation platform. It turns your existing brand guidelines into a working creation system, so marketing teams can create brand-compliant images without starting from the brand rules every time.

Personal onboarding included. We build your first Brand Guide together with you. Early access from €99/month.

The problem

AI made content generation easy. Brand control became harder.

With general AI tools, every person has to remember the brand: visual style, approved colours, composition, tone, exclusions, logo use, campaign rules and formats.

The user shouldn't have to remember the brand guidelines. The system should.

01 · Encode your brand

Turn brand guidelines into working rules.

Brand Asset doesn't just store a PDF. It turns your guidelines into rules that shape every image your team creates.
  • Create a Brand Guide from your company website or guideline documents
  • Approved colours, visual style, lighting and subject guidance
  • Composition rules, do's and don'ts, forbidden elements
  • Platform-specific rules, plus logo variants and placement

Composition
  • Natural daylight from the left
  • Product off-centre, generous negative space
  • Oak, linen and stone surfaces
Do
  • Muted, earthy tones
  • Hand-made textures
  • Calm, uncluttered scenes
Don't
  • Neon or saturated colours
  • Plastic or glossy props
  • Text or logos in the image
02 · Create with confidence

From a simple idea to a brand-aligned asset.

Describe what you need and pick a format. Brand Asset builds a brand-aware production brief, checks it for compliance, generates the image and lets you refine it without losing the brand context. The real workflow is shown here with Verdalune, a fictional brand.

03 · Govern at company level

Let teams create. Keep the brand under control.

Spread content creation across your company without spreading out brand control.

Brand governance without becoming the bottleneck.

  • Team access controlled by your verified company domain
  • Your company's own Brand Guides, logo rules and brand rules
  • Your company's own review queue: approve, request changes, reject, publish
  • Reviewers only ever see their own organisation's assets

Optional add-on · Product Staging

Your product. In a scene shaped by your brand.

Start with your own product photo. Product Staging creates a scene from your Brand Guide, then places the product into it for lifestyle, campaign and social imagery.
Product photo: a cream articulated lamp photographed on a white background
1. Your product photo
Verdalune demo scene: an oak sideboard styled with a vase, books and a stone bowl, with space reserved for a product
2. A scene built from the Brand Guide
Product Staging result: the same lamp placed on the oak sideboard in the brand-controlled scene
3. The product placed into the scene
  • Direct the next placement with position, scale, framing, lighting and a short note.
  • Create up to three selectable placements in the same scene.
  • Review the result alongside the original product photo and saved generation context.

Available as a guided pilot for selected company workspaces. AI can change product details, so every result needs review. Product Staging is not a replacement for exact packshots.

Why not just a general AI tool?

Built around your brand, not around the prompt.

General AI tools are great at creating images. Brand Asset is built to keep a whole company's images on brand.

Where it fits

Built for controlled creation, not free-form design.

Brand Asset doesn't replace your designers, Figma, Canva, Photoshop or your creative agency. It takes organisations from brand guidelines to controlled AI-generated assets, and your existing design workflows continue where they're needed.
  • Brand Guide in, approved on-brand assets out
  • Compliance is checked before anyone sees the image
  • Your existing design tools stay part of the workflow

FAQ

Questions we often get

Whatever brand material you already have: a guideline document, your website, colours, logo files or a few images that represent your style. We take it from there during onboarding.

That's common. We work from what exists, whether that is partial guidelines, visual examples or a mix, and help fill the gaps so your Brand Guide is usable from day one.

Those tools rely on each person remembering the brand. In Brand Asset, your Brand Guide shapes every request, every image is checked for compliance, and approvals and history are tracked for the whole company.

Yes. Anyone who signs in with your verified company email domain joins your company workspace and works within your brand rules.

Creators submit images for review. People in your company who are allowed to approve can approve them, request changes or reject them. Every decision is kept in the history.

No. Your prompts, images, Brand Guides and approvals belong to your company workspace only.

Every request becomes a structured brief built from your Brand Guide, covering approved colours, composition, exclusions and campaign rules, and it is scored for compliance. Logos are added from your own files at export, never drawn by the AI.

Early access includes a generous monthly allowance. We're setting final limits together with our first customers based on real use, and we'll agree on any change with you first.

Product Staging is an optional guided-pilot add-on at €79/month per company workspace, in addition to the €99/month workspace subscription. It uses your product photo in a brand-controlled scene, with directed placements and source-photo comparison for review. We agree on pilot usage limits before activation. AI can change product details, so it is intended for lifestyle and campaign imagery, not exact packshots.
