How Brand Asset works
Brand Asset is a brand governance and AI image generation platform. It applies your company's brand guidelines to every image request, so marketing teams can create brand-compliant images without rebuilding the creative brief by hand.
From brand guidelines to approved image in seven steps
- 1
Set up your Brand Guide
Your colours, visual style, composition, lighting and do/don't rules are captured in one Brand Guide for your company. We build the first one together with you from the material you already have.
- 2
Describe your image idea
A creator writes what they need in plain language, for example a campaign visual for an autumn product launch, and picks a format such as 1:1, 16:9 or 9:16.
- 3
The request is optimised against your brand
Brand Asset rewrites the idea using your Brand Guide, so approved colours, composition and exclusions are part of every request instead of something each person has to remember.
- 4
A structured asset brief is created
The result is a readable brief that shows exactly how the brand rules were applied. Creators can review it before anything is generated.
- 5
Brand compliance is evaluated
The brief receives a brand compliance score with warnings and suggested corrections when something drifts from the guide.
- 6
The image is generated
The image is created from the brief in the chosen format. Logos are never drawn by the AI; your own logo files can be added at export.
- 7
Refine, submit and approve
Creators refine the result, then submit it for review. Approvers in your company approve it, request changes or reject it, and every decision is kept in the history.
Why a brief comes before the image
Most AI image tools go straight from a prompt to a picture, so the result depends on how well each person remembers the brand. Brand Asset puts a structured brief in between. That brief is where your brand rules are applied, scored and made visible, which is what makes the output consistent across creators.

Governance stays with your company
Everyone who signs in with your verified company email domain works in your company workspace and under your Brand Guide. Approvals, history and the asset library belong to your company only.
